Wow, it has been forever since I have written anything. I am so sorry but I have been so busy. We just got back from Hawaii (pictured left with her teammates)....it was so awesome. I had a great time. The beach was awesome and I loved bartering with the shop owners. I actually got some really good stuff for cheap!

What a year last year was. I know alot of you wondered why I went senior when I could have stayed junior. I decided that if I wanted to get better that I needed to compete with the best and be with the best. It was a great learning experience...even though it was hard at times. I think I had the sophmore jinx...didn't do as well as my first year but thats ok. I had some disappointing times....like not making Pan Ams but it made me work harder.

I am looking forward to a great year this year. I have been training pretty well and my goal is to make the Olympic Trials. I am also looking forward to more international assignments. I really want to get a chance to show that I belong there...especially after the DTB. I was really frustrated when I found out that I couldn't compete for a medal...I wanted it bad! I will be back!

Oh yeah...I had a great birthday!! Sweet 16! I decided to wait to get my license for now...there just isn't any time. The time that my Dad drives us to school is good for homework or sleeping!! There will be more time for driving later.

Thanks to everyone for their support. Also, thanks to Whitney and Emily for the updates and the new layout. I promise I will try to write more often.
