The Mizzou team placed 4th with a 195.1 today at the NCAA Regional Championships in Louisiana. Top two teams, LSU and Stanford, qualified to the NCAA Championships. Sarah started on vault where she scored 9.850. She then gave a solid bars routine scoring 9.750. Sarah struggled a little on balance beam and finished with a solid floor routine, where she scored 9.550 and 9.750 respectively. Congratulations to Sarah's teammate, Adrianne Perry for qualifying to the NCAA Championships in all-around.

The Mizzou Tigers will be traveling to Baton Rouge, LA for the NCAA Central Regional Championships this weekend, April 12 at 6:00 PM CST. Some other teams are No. 6 Stanford, No. 7 LSU, Ohio State, Kent State, and No. 20 Kentucky. There will be a live scoring available on LSUSports.net. Good luck Tigers!

The Mizzou Tigers traveled to Norman, Oklahoma for the Big 12 Championships. Mizzou started the competition very strong where they led the competition for two rotations (2nd & 3rd). Unfortunately, when they competed on the last event, balance beam, they had two falls. They placed third with a 195.625 right behind Oklahoma (195.875) and Iowa State (195.775). Sarah did really well on three events where she scored 9.85 on beam, 9.825 on vault, and 9.85 on beam. After the competition was over, Sarah earned the trophy for Big 12 Newcomer of the Year. Good job Sarah & Mizzou! We have posted full results from the meet as well as a new article, "Shire Flourishes After Fresh Start." We also added many new pictures to Cat Classic and Arizona State photo galleries.

Sarah recently earned a spot on the All-Big 12 Conference Team with a honor on vault! Congratulations Sarah! The Mizzou Tigers will travel to Oklahoma for the Big 12 Championships. The competition will begin on Saturday at 7:00 PM (CT). Good luck Tigers!

Last night, Mizzou hosted their final home game with No. 23 Arizona State. Mizzou defeated ASU, 195.625-195.500. This competition was a great night for the Mizzou Tigers because they were honoring four seniors; Ashley Khederian, Lisa Puccio, Julie Abaray, and Nikki Bowman. Sarah placed 6th in the all-around with a 38.575. She nailed her vault where she placed 1st scoring 9.9. She struggled on uneven bars with a 9.125. She then placed 3rd on balance beam and 8th on floor exercise. We have posted full results from the meet.
We posted four new photo galleries; Illinois-Chicago, Oklahoma, Centenary, and Arizona State. Thanks to Gymnastics Avatars, we now have three new avatars. We also added a new article from last week, "MU Gymnasts Friends First."

Last weekend, Mizzou traveled to Champaign, Ill., to compete against University of Illinois. The Mizzou gymnastics team defeated Illinois, 195.400 to 195.325. Sarah placed 4th in the all-around with a 38.475. She placed 5th on vault, 8th on uneven bars, 10th on balance beam, and 10th on floor exercise. We have posted full results from the meet. We also added six new videos from Mizzou vs Southeast Missouri and Mizzou vs Centenary as well as KOMU News from a few weeks ago (Under Misc Videos). Many new pictures will be coming very soon.

This past weekend, the Mizzou Tigers placed 2nd at the 28th annual Cat Classic. No. 4 Michigan won the competition with Ohio State 3rd and Cal-Berkely 4th. Sarah placed 3rd in the all-around with a 39.225. She placed 4th on vault, 8th on uneven bars, 1st on balance beam, and 2nd on floor exercise. Good job Sarah! We have posted results from the meet. We will post many new pictures and videos very soon.

Last night, the Mizzou Tigers lost to the Oklahoma Sooners, 195.750 - 196.075. Sarah did really well, placing 2nd in the all-around with a 39.325. She placed 1st on vault and balance beam scoring 9.900 on both events. She also placed 4th on floor exercise and 10th on uneven bars. Good job Sarah! Two new articles and full results have been added from the meet.

Congratulations Sarah, Co-Big 12 Gymnast of the Week (Week of Feb. 12)! A new article has been added. The Mizzou gymnastics team will host No. 6 Oklahoma Sooners tomorrow night at 6:30 PM CST. The meet will be televised on Fox Sports Midwest, KOMU, the CW, and Metro Sports in Kansas City. See below for times.

Last night, Mizzou defeated the SEMO Redhawks, 195.425 - 193.500. Sarah placed 2nd on vault scoring 9.800 and won the floor exercise title scoring 9.850. Good job Tigers! The Mizzou gymnastics team will host Oklahoma on Friday, February 22nd at 6:30 PM CST. Full results have been posted from the meet.

The Tigers Gymnastics team scored its new season best 195.800 to defeat Centenary. Sarah placed 1st in the all-around with a total score of 39.500. She placed 1st on vault (9.875), 4th on uneven bars (9.850), 1st on balance beam (9.850), and 1st on floor exercise (9.925). Good job Sarah and Mizzou! The Mizzou gymnastics team defeated Illinois-Chicago today, 195.400 to 190.500. Sarah did awesome, winning her second all-around title with a total score of 39.375. She placed second on vault and balance beam scoring 9.775 and 9.875 respectively. She also placed 1st on uneven bars and floor exercise scoring 9.875 and 9.850 respectively. Good job Sarah! The Mizzou gymnastics team will host Centenary College next Friday, February 8 at 6:30 PM CST.

Yesterday, the Mizzou gymnastics team traveled to Lincoln, Nebraska to compete in a dual meet with University of Nebraska. The Tigers scored a new season-high but lost to the Huskers, 195.350 to 196.675. Sarah placed 5th in the all-around and tied for first place on floor exercise. You can see the full results on Mizzou's website. Mizzou will host Illinois-Chicago next Friday, February 1 at 6:30 PM CST.

The Mizzou gymnastics team hosted its "Pink Out" meet and defeated Iowa State Cyclones last night, 194.125 - 192.400. Sarah won two event titles on vault and floor exercise. She scored 9.900 and 9.875 respectively. She placed 5th on uneven bars scoring 9.600 and finished 4th in the all-around. Sarah's teammate, Adrianne Perry, won the all-around title. Good job Sarah and Mizzou! Photos and Results as well as a new article have been added from the meet. We also added a new wallpaper. Next Friday, January 25, the Mizzou gymnastics team will travel to Lincoln, Nebraska to compete against University of Nebraska.

Today, Sarah and her teammates traveled to Bowling Green, Ohio for a dual meet against Bowling Green State. The Mizzou gymnastics team won the competition with a team score of 194.100. Sarah placed first on vault, balance beam, and floor exercise. She also placed fourth on uneven bars. Sarah finished first in the all-around with a total score of 39.150. Good job Sarah!
