April 10, 2010
On March 21, Sarah's senior night, the Missouri Tigers defeated Centenary College, 196.300-183.075. Sarah won gold medals on vault, bars, beam and the all-around. On March 27, Sarah and the team traveled to Lincoln, Nebraska for the Big 12 Championships. There, the team finished third and sarah won the all-around title with a 39.500.

Today, the Missouri Tigers made history at the Hearnes Center. They finished first at the NCAA Regional Championships ahead of Oregon State and Georgia. Sarah won vault (9.95), bars (9.9), floor (9.9) and the all-around title (39.625). The Missouri Tigers and Oregon State qualified to the NCAA Championships. Congratulations Sarah!

On March 7, the Missouri Tigers won the 3-way meet with SEMO and Alaska. There, Sarah won the 20th all-around title of her career! Sarah posted a 9.875 on uneven bars, 9.925 on balance beam, 9.950 on floor and 9.925 on vault. On March 8, The Big 12 Conference has named Sarah the Big 12 Gymnast of the Week for the third straight week.

Last Saturday, Sarah won another all-around title with a 39.550 at the Missouri vs Illinois dual meet. Sarah won vault, uneven bars and balance beam. she placed second on floor exericse. Good job Sarah!

On Friday night, Sarah helped the Missouri Tigers to post a new season high 196.875 and defeated Illinois State. Sarah set a new school record by winning the the all-around title with a 39.725! Sarah finished first on all events; 9.9 vault, 9.9 bars, 9.95 beam and 9.975 floor. Way to go Sarah! Videos have been posted from Nebraska, New Hampshire, Centenary and Oklahoma.

No. 17 Missouri lost to No. 2 Oklahoma, 195.500-197.050. Sarah won the all-around with a new career high 39.625. She finished first on vault and uneven bars scoring a 9.925 on both events. She also placed second on balance beam with a 9.9. Good job Sarah!

The Missouri Tigers defeated Centenary College last Sunday, 195.000-189.800. Sarah won her 15th all-around title with a 39.350. She won both balance beam and floor exercise titles scoring a 9.925 and 9.85 respectively. Good job Sarah!

No. 14 Missouri Tigers hosted New Hampshire Wildcats today at the 4th annual Beauty and the Beast meet. Sarah helped the Tigers to win the dual meet over the Wildcats, 195.125-192.975. Sarah won the all-around title scoring a 39.275. She also finished first on vault, balance beam and floor exercise scoring a 9.825, 9.8 and 9.9 respectively. Good job Sarah!

Sarah just finished competing in a dual meet against Nebraska this morning. Sarah had a rough start on uneven bars but did extremely well on the rest. She won the all-around title with a 38.875. She also won gold medals on vault, balance beam and floor exercise scoring a 9.850 on each event. Good job Sarah!

No. 13 Mizzou Tigers defeated No. 17 Iowa State, 196.400-196.000 last night at the sixth annual Pink Out meet. Sarah won the all-around title with new career-high 39.600. The Missouri Tigers are in Las Vegas this weekend for the 2010 Lady Luck Invitational. They defeated No. 14 Kentucky, No. 16 LSU and Arizona State last night and took first place with a final team score of 195.625. Sarah finished second in the all-around with a 39.400. She also finished second on uneven bars with a 9.950 and first on balance beam scoring a 9.900. Congratulations Mizzou Tigers! Two new videos have been posted from the meet.

The Missouri gymnastics team began their 2010 season last night against Ohio State University. The Tigers did really well, deating Ohio State, 194.725 - 190.650. Sarah did a brand new vault this year, front handspring 1/2 scoring a 9.825. She then scored a 9.875 on balance beam and 9.675 on floor exercise. She finished 4th in the all-around and first on vault and balance beam. Good job Sarah. Videos, Pictures and full results have been posted from the meet.

Sarah had a fantastic weekend at the 2009 NCAA Championships in Lincoln, Nebraska last weekend. On Thursday night, Sarah finished 10th in the all-around with a 39.200 and fourth on vault scoring 9.9. Sarah is first-team All American on vault and qualified to vault event finals. On Saturday night, Sarah finished 11th on vault with a combined vault score of 9.5. The Mizzou Tigers finished third at the NCAA Northeastern Regional right behind No. 3 Alabama and No. 9 Oklahoma. Sarah finished second in the all-around with a 39.450. Both Sarah and teammate Adrianne Perry (finished fourth) qualified to the NCAA National Championships at the end of this month. Sarah was named Regional Gymnast of the Year. The gymnastics team traveled to Ames, Iowa for the Big 12 Championships. They finished third while Oklahoma won the Big 12 Title with Nebraska second. Sarah won the all-around title with a 39.450. She also finished first on vault and balance beam and second on floor exercise. Sarah and Nebraska's Kylie Stone were named the Co-Big 12 Gymnast of the Year. Congratulations Sarah! The Mizzou Tigers will be competing in Regionals in two weeks.

Last weekend, the Mizzou Tigers hosted Oregon State and won the dual meet, 196.425-195.950. Sarah won the all-around title with a 39.475. She also won vault and uneven bars titles. She placed second on balance beam and floor exercise. Good job Sarah! After a great meet from last weekend, the Big-12 Conferenced named Sarah as Big 12 Gymnast of the Week for sixth time this season. She was also named to the vault, bars, beam All-Big 12 Conference Team. Congratulations Sarah. The Mizzou gymnastics team will travel to Ames, Iowa for the Big 12 Championships tomorrow.

No. 13 Missouri Tigers won the Eagle Invitational in Ypsilanti, Michigan with a team score of 195.700. Sarah once again won the all-around title with a 39.375 as well as first on balance beam scoring 9.825. Good job Sarah! Full results have been posted from the meet. Sarah is now No. 7 in the all-around in the nation! She also is ranked 3rd on balance beam, 7th on vault and 20th on floor exercise. Sarah earned Big 12 Gymnast of the week for fourth time this week. Congratulations Sarah!

The Mizzou Tigers won the Cat Classic Championships with a 195.275 last night. Sarah won seventh all-around title with a 39.575! Sarah placed top 2 on all events. She won both vault and floor exercise a 9.95 and a 9.875 respectively. She then placed second on uneven bars with a 9.850 and balance beam with a 9.900. Good job Sarah! The Mizzou Tigers finished second at the Oklahoma Quad Meet today. Sarah once again won another all-around title with 39.4! She scored 9.875 on vault, 9.825 on bars and 9.850 on beam and floor. Good job Sarah! The Mizzou gymnastics team will host 29th annual Cat Classic next Friday at 6:30 PM.

No. 13 Mizzou Tigers defeated No. 17 Illinois today at the Beauty & the Beast competition, 196.625-195.000. Sarah won the all-around title again with a 39.525 while teammates Adrianne Perry and Mary Burke finished 2-3. Sarah grabbed three gold medals on three events as well as a silver medal on uneven bars. Congratulations Sarah and the Mizzou Tigers! Full results have been posted from the meet. The Mizzou gymnastics team will travel to Norman, OK to compete in a three-way competition against Oklahoma and West Virginia next weekend.

The Mizzou gymnastics team posted their new season-high score, 195.750 to defeat the Southeast Missouri Redhawks earlier today. Sarah won four gold medals in the all-around, vault, uneven bars and balance beam. Good job Sarah! Full results have been posted from the meet.

This past weekend, No. 13 Mizzou Tigers placed first in a four-way competition in Columbus, Ohio. Sarah won her third all-around title of the season with a 39.225. She placed second vault scoring 9.875. On uneven bars, she scored a new career-high 9.9 and placed first place. She won another event title on floor exercise with a 9.9. Good job Sarah! Last night, Mizzou fell to Nebraska, 194.750-195.750. Sarah started on vault, where she posted a new career-high 9.925 and finished first on this event! She then placed 3rd scoring 9.8 on uneven bars and 9.2 on balance beam with a fall. On the last event, floor exercise, Sarah finished third place and scored a new season-high 9.875! Sarah finished 4th in the all-around overall. Results and pictures have been posted from the meet. The Mizzou Tigers will travel to Columbus, Ohio next weekend to compete in a four-way competition against Ohio State, Mich State and Illinois.

Sarah won Big 12 of the Week for the second straight week after her AA win at the Mizzou vs Arizona meet from last weekend. Congratulations Sarah! The Tigers defeated the Arizona State Sun Devils, 194.725-194.475 last night in Tempe, Arizona! Sarah took her second straight win in the all-around with a score of 39.350. She also won a medal on all events. On vault she did a clean Yurchenko 1/1 scoring 9.850 for second place. On uneven bars, she did a solid routine scoring 9.775 for third place. On balance beam, she finished first place and posted a new career high scoring 9.925. On floor exercise, she tied for third place scoring 9.800. Good job Sarah and the Mizzou Tigers!
