Last Sunday, Sarah won a silver medal on vault behind Anna Pavlova of Russia! She placed 7th uneven bars and balance beam. Congratulations Sarah for a silver medal! Many new pictures added from the meet.

Sarah competed last night at Chunichi Cup. She and Kassi qualified to all events! Sarah placed 6th all-around, 4th on vault, and 2nd on balance beam. Good luck to Sarah and Kassi at the Event Finals tonight!

Sarah is going to the Chunichi Cup in Nagoya, Japan on December 4th - 5th. She will be traveling with Kassi Price from Orlando Metro. They will go to a camp at the Ranch the day after Thanksgiving and train for a couple of days and then fly to Japan.

Nicole Harris withdrew from the Olympic Trials due of an injury. Ashley Postell was the first alternate, but wanted to focus on NCAA in the fall. Katie Heenan took the spot. That means Sarah is the first alternate to the Olympic Trials! She will traveling to Anaheim with Courtney McCool and Terin Humphrey. There are some new pictures added from the US Nationals.

Sarah competed at the Finals last Saturday. There are a lot great senior gymnasts. Only top 14 will make the US National Team. Sarah just missed a spot to make the US National Team. She did awesome last Saturday, got all 9's on 3 events and an 8.875 on floor exercise. There are new pictures added.

Sarah competed at her third US Nationals today. She started with balance beam and she hit it, recieved 9.100. On her second event, she did awesome floor, however the music stopped before she could finish and recieved 8.700. Then on third event, she did nice Yurchenko double and got 9.300. Finally, on last event, she showed very impressive bars and got 9.275! She placed 16th all-around. Good Luck to Sarah on Saturday for the Finals! Top 14 girls will go to Olympic Trials.

> Sarah will be competing at her third US National Championships this weekend. Senior All-Around Prelims and Event Finals will be on Thursday, 7:00 PM EST and All-Around Finals on Saturday. Sarah is 7th person to start on balance beam. Good Luck Sarah!

Sarah had two 'mock' meets at her gym last week, one on last Wednesday and another one on last Saturday. There are no results yet, but there is a great article from that meet. Sarah was just a spot away from winning a medal on balance beam. She placed 4th behind Catalina Ponor (ROM), Florica Leonida (ROM), and Melanie Sinclair (USA). There are two new pictures added from the competition.

Sarah competed yesterday and today. She qualified to three events! (VT, UB, BB) Today, Sarah won a silver medal on vault behind Oksana Chusovitina (UZB). She also placed 5th on uneven bars. Sarah competed today at the Elite Podium Meet. She did an awesome job, placing 3rd all-around behind Nicole Harris and Alicia Sacramone. Sarah also placed 3rd on uneven bars. For the full results, go here. Congratulations Sarah for an outstanding meet!

Awesome news! Sarah got an international assignment. She will be going to the Cottbus Cup in Germany with Melanie Sinclair from Orlando Metro! Sarah will leave to fly over to Germany on March 1st after the Elite Podium Meet. There are some new pictures added from 2004 Dragon Invitational.

Sarah will be competing this weekend at the Elite Podium Meet in New York City. Since Sarah is the only one from GAGE will going to the meet. She will be in 'Mix Group #2' with Carly Janiga, Maria Scaffidi, and Haley Deprospero. They will start their meet on uneven bars.

We finally got the placings on Sarah from Hawaii Island Twister Meet. She placed 2nd all-around behind her teammate, Courtney McCool. She also placed 2nd on vault (tie), 2nd on bars, 3rd on beam, and 2nd on floor.
